Unni Rajendran – Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Unni Rajendran is a Fortune 50 executive turned entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI, data strategy, and enterprise analytics. As the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of GJ Cloud Solutions, he leads global technology implementation, helping businesses modernize operations, optimize cloud infrastructure, and drive AI-powered insights.
Throughout his career, Unni has held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, Walmart, McKesson, Waste Management, BNSF Railway, Excentus, and Novartis AG, where he spearheaded high-impact transformation initiatives. His expertise spans big data, AI, cloud architecture, and predictive analytics, enabling organizations to extract actionable insights, automate processes, and achieve measurable business value.
Unni holds a Master’s in Information Systems & Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from PSG College of Technology. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, IAF Certified Enterprise Architect, CSPO, and CSM. A recognized thought leader and speaker, he serves on the advisory board for UT Arlington’s Master’s in Business Analytics program and is a board member of S’moresUp, a tech start-up.

Mark holds an Associate of Arts in Business Management from Miami Dade College and is proficient in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Teams, Visio, and advanced Excel. A tech enthusiast and visionary leader, he is dedicated to innovation, operational excellence, and delivering measurable results.
Balaji Krishnan – Chief Executive Officer

He has also played a key role in building and scaling startups, successfully managing mergers and acquisitions in the tech sector. His leadership has consistently delivered results in revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer success.
